My husband and I were looking for the perfect home for us and we aren't easy to please. This was our 6th house purchase for us and so we knew the process well. I can tell you that Somer is exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. We looked at several houses with her, always picking away at why they weren't right for us and she was so patient with us.  We finally found the perfect house but there was a snag that the seller had to go through and it would prolong our closing date. We were in a time crunch as our other home had already sold. She took it all in stride. When at times I was panicking, she kept me grounded. We closed on the house in time thanks to her commitment to stay on top of the process. It's obvious she LOVES her job. She is very meticulous and will go beyond what most realtors will go.
